Fried conger and burdock stick
This is Shin-ya's best-seller, the most popular menu. Put fresh conger between sliced burdocks and fried crisp. You have to taste Shin-ya's specialty that a customer who do not like burdocks order this menu everytime he comes.
Octopus of ETAJIMA
Shinya's recommendation, the octopus catched in the island called "ETAJIMA" in Hiroshima. You can choose how you eat; raw, tenpura, carpaccio and dumpling.
Shinya's hand-made Tofu Salad
This Tofu is made tasty without using soy sauce. Salad is covered with fried spring roll sheet on top. You will enjoy the gentle mouthfeel of Tofu and crispy texture of fried spring roll sheet with fresh vegetables!
